El vicepresidente del Consejo General del Poder Judicial, Fernando de Rosa, inauguró esta mañana en Alicante el VI Congreso Tributario, organizado por el CGPJ en colaboración con la Asociación Española de Asesores Fiscales.

Junto a De Rosa, el acto estuvo presidido por Juan Carlos López-Hermoso, presidente de la Asociación y por Manuel Baeza, magistrado de TSJ de la Comunidad Valenciana y Director de este Congreso.

De Rosa destacó la "excelente" colaboración entre el CSPJ y AEDAF, con el fin de impulsar acciones de formación y reflexión teórica sobre temas referidos al Derecho Tributario y la Hacienda Pública "que mejoran la práctica profesional y por tanto la mejora continua del sistema".

Manuel Baeza agradeció la alta participación en este Congreso, que ha duplicado el número de asistentes con respecto al año pasado, y reconoció el "papel fundamental" de la Asociación en estas jornadas.

Para el presidente de AEDAF, este Congreso demuestra la posición "activa" de la Asociación por "ir más allá de la queja o la identificación de problemas", y fomentar el debate con las instituciones públicas de cara a mejorar la relación y contribuir a "disminuir la inseguridad jurídica".

En las jornadas, se analizarán, durante los próximos tres días, cuestiones como la prueba y la ejecución de la sentencia en materia tributaria, delitos contra la Hacienda Pública y el Derecho Constitucional en este ámbito.
