La Administración Pública debería disponer de un registro electrónico general único según AEDAF-Catalunya

Barcelona, 24 de noviembre de 2020.- La delegación catalana de la Asociación Española de Asesores Fiscales ( AEDAF-Catalunya ) cree oportuna la existencia de un registro electrónico general único por parte de la Administración Pública, teniendo en cuenta lo establecido en el artículo 16 de la Ley de Procedimiento Administrativo (LPAC). Con la creación de este buzón general de la Administración Pública se daría cumplimiento a lo que en el expositivo de la ley LPAC establecía el legislador, el propósito de "reforzar las garantías de los interesados" y no, como ocurre ahora que el receptor de notificaciones tiene que buscarlas, navegando por las diferentes sedes electrónicas, con el riesgo de exponerse a sanciones y penalizaciones, en caso de no localizar alguna.
