AEDAF advierte de una subida generalizada de la presión fiscal que perjudicará al contribuyente

Madrid, jueves 12 de noviembre de 2020.- La Asociación Española de Asesores Fiscales, AEDAF, ha presentado esta mañana en rueda de prensa sus enmiendas para la mejora, y, en su caso, corrección, de algunas de las medidas incluidas en el Proyecto de Ley de medidas de prevención y lucha contra el fraude fiscal que prepara el Gobierno de España. Este Proyecto de Ley, de transposición de la Directiva (UE) 2016/1164, del Consejo, de 12 de julio de 2016, fue publicado el 23 de octubre de 2020 en el Boletín Oficial del Congreso de los Diputados, y establece normas contra ciertas prácticas de elusión fiscal.
