La Comisión Europea recomienda trasladar a ejercicios anteriores las pérdidas fiscales por Covid19, tal y como propuso AEDAF al Gobierno en 2020

Madrid, 20 de mayo de 2021.- En línea con las medidas fiscales propuestas por la Asociación Española de Asesores Fiscales, AEDAF, en marzo del pasado año, la Comisión Europea insta en su Recomendación 2021/801, de 18 de mayo de 2021, a los Estados miembros de la Unión Europea a establecer un enfoque coordinado para el tratamiento de las pérdidas sufridas por las empresas en los ejercicios 2020 y 2021.
